BIG APPLE
Ingredients
1 tablespoon (dessert) sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 thin slice of green apple in half moon
90 ml of brut sparkling wine
Way of doing
In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon well. Wrap the apple slice with the mixture, forming a crust. Reserve. In a glass, pour the sparkling wine. Add the crusted apple and serve.
REFRESHING STRAWBERRY
Ingredients
5 pieces of ripe strawberries
1 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener
1 glass of chilled brut sparkling wine (1 long drink glass)
1 strawberry unit to decorate (make a small cut in the center of the strawberry, and fit it on the rim of the glass.)
ice to taste
Preparation mode
Shake the chopped strawberries, sugar and ice in a cocktail shaker.
Add the sparkling wine gently, tilting the glass at 45 degrees to keep all the fizz in the drink.
Decoration
Make a small cut in the center of the strawberry, and fit it on the rim of the glass.
Use long drink glass
to give it a fresh look.
Tips: if you don't have a cocktail shaker, crush the strawberries in the same glass where the drink will be mounted. After that, continue the recipe as usual. What gives freshness to drink is the acidity of the chilled sparkling wine, so be careful not to waste the gas.
CHAMP FRUIT
Ingredients:
Pineapple (3 small pieces)
Mint (2 sprigs of mint)
1 tablespoon of tangerine juice
2 strawberries

Preparation mode:
Knead everything, add ice and top up with champagne . Use a long glass.
SWAP DRINK
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of banana ciroc
1/2 tablespoon of Sicilian lemon
1 1/2 tablespoon peach liqueur
champagne
Preparation mode:
Place the ingredients in the correct measures in a flute glass and fill with raw champagne.
BELLINI
Ingredients:
1 cup of peach juice
3 glasses of prosecco
Preparation mode:
Pour the peach juice into the champagne glass and top up with prosecco.
