In theoretical character, oenologist is a professional responsible for the elaboration of wines, sparkling wines, juices and grape derivatives. Practically speaking, he is passionate. An artist. The winemaker, together with nature, marks the region in the wine, the particularity of each grape and each process, in addition to his own style, characteristics that make up each product in a unique way. Renato Antônio Savaris, winemaker with extensive experience and love for wine, trained at the traditional school of Bento Gonçalves, with passages at the French Maison Forestier and at the Casa Valduga winery, and Daniel Dalla Valle, with a memorable career contemplated by internships in France and award for Enologist of the Year, currently also head winemaker at Famiglia Valduga, are, in addition to the creators of Maximo Boschi, winemakers responsible for the entire winemaking process. In 2016, the Maximo Boschi team of winemakers expanded with the entry of the young winemaker Lucas Foppa Alves, also trained in Bento Gonçalves, who has in his career an internship in Spain and stints at the Chandon winery in Brazil. This is the team that dedicates itself, with all the commitment and passion possible for the grape and the wine, to building a history full of art and enchantment of the Maximo Boschi winery.
